if you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason , LET US KNOW !! and will do whatever it takes to make sure your 100% satisfied with your purchase .

For our Locs or braiding services . Please give 24 hour notice that you are cancelling or going to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule you will not be charged , we will just change the date . If you don’t cancel within 24 hours of your appointment we will deduct 30% off your payment and refund the rest. IF DONE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE YOU WILL GET FULL REFUND. You are allowed one reschedule.
