We don't do any refunds.
What’s your refund policy ?
All wigs are non refundable . However if you Recieve a faulty wig (highly unlikely as we do quality checks before sending out) or the wig doesn’t fit , we can replace it for you . You would need to send the faulty wig back to us ,we check it out and once we confirm it was faulty from our side ,we send your new wig out to you.
For our Locs or braiding services . Please give 24 hour notice that you are cancelling or going to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule you will not be charged , we will just change the date . If you don’t cancel within 24 hours of your appointment we will deduct 30% off your payment and refund the rest. IF DONE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE YOU WILL GET FULL REFUND. You are allowed one reschedule.
