Please Contact me before you book your hair appointment so that I can schedule your date in my diary.📔 
 
Once I have confirmed your date please book and put in the notes section your name , date and time of appointment at checkout. 🗓📆

If you choose to have a colour which has not been put as an option please also let me know what colour you’ve chosen . ( i provide extensions depending on the length. Long to extra long , I will provide ). - please let me know the thickness you want provided with a picture so I can accurately tell you how many packs you would need 

For normal size you would need :

Bob- Short lengths (ear or shoulder length) need 6-7 packs Spring Twist 

Medium lengths ( armpit length) need 7-8 packs Spring Twist 

Long - Extra Long lengths ( waist or bum ) need 10-12 packs Spring twist

NO EXTRA GUEST.NO CHILDREN ALLOWED.

 - Location : A Location will be sent once i received your order . Within (24 hours) Please arrive only 5 mins before appointment time. If you prefer for me to travel to you please let me know in our conversation before booking 

NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you the client books an appointment and fails to show up that day with no communication you will be blocked from booking in the future.

- Cancellation/Reschedule : Please give 24 hour notice that you are cancelling or going to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule you will not be charged , we will just change the date . If you don’t cancel within 24 hours of your appointment we will deduct 30% off your payment and refund the rest.IF DONE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE YOU WILL GET FULL REFUND. You are allowed one reschedule.

IMPORTANT!! : Please make sure your hair is WASHED , DETANGLED & straightened before appointment ( NO EXTRA PRODUCT IN HAIR ).

Other : If you have thin edges of suffer from alopecia this style is not for you.

Please bare in mind this will take 5-9 hours to do depending on the length 💕
